Project Overview

Summary

In collaboration with the NC Department of Commerce and NC Community College System, the NC Office of Strategic Partnerships (OSP) evaluated the Finish Line Grants program and created a process evaluation that led to recommended practices which include surveys and responses from one or more representatives of every Finish Line Grant local partnership. Governor Cooper’s Office issued a press release, which announced additional federal funding for the Finish Line Grants program and mentions the OSP evaluation.

Project results created a model and best practices guide for future efforts that support retention of college students seeking degree and/or credential completion.

The project is complete.
