Summary

Ed2NC, within the NC Office of State Human Resources, and the NC Office of Strategic Partnerships are engaged in an on-going collaborative partnership. This effort has resulted in multiple programmatic initiatives that convene leaders in state government and higher education to create a workforce talent pipeline that connects students and recent graduates with careers in state government.

Planned use of results

All deliverables, existing and forthcoming, are to support efforts by Ed2NC and other stakeholders to strengthen the pipeline of talent into state government employment opportunities.
